Happy fall! The temperatures are falling so I thought it would be the perfect time to share my favorite fall family photography session from last year. Fall in Texas is hit or miss and trying to find that narrow window when we get enough color for photos is tricky. I normally suggest the month of November to my clients. This session was done on November 10th of last year. The first half of November is your best bet as the weather is still nice. Personally, the first two weeks of November is my absolute favorite time of the entire year to shoot a family session. If we are lucky you will have enough color and some nice weather! I’m crossing my fingers that all of this rain we have had this fall is going to make for some beautiful colors once the temperatures drop. So, keep this fall weather + calendar tip in mind when you are thinking of scheduling your next fall family photo session!
