Today I am sharing music tips for teen photography sessions and its all about preparation! In addition, I am going to introduce you to the first beautiful model in our High School Bound Sessions, Grace.

The best way I have found to connect with tweens is through music.

Everyone who shows up to a photo session is nervous about their photos being taken (me included).  My goal is to get natural + connected images of them so getting them comfortable with me + my camera is key.  Music is my secret weapon to help!  I want my girls to feel special and that they are the focus of the session so we make a playlist 100% for them.  We make a custom playlist for each photo session based on what the girl(s) have given me to favorite artists.  They get to listen to their favorites which always help them relax, smile and simply be young & free!

Now it’s time to meet Grace!
