I want to do a fun blog showing you all the fantastic places where I love to have my client’s headshot branding photography sessions in the Boise area.
I know many of you are new to town, and it’d be super fun to show you some of my favorite spots. So when you’re out getting your photography done or doing your content creation, you guys can do some of these fun spots:
#1 The North End – Hyde Park Area
I love the North End, especially the Hyde Park area.
There are so many textures, different backgrounds, colors, and flowers here, and it’s a perfect spot for seasonal themes. You could have a whole month for the content in this area. Come down here and wander and look at different backgrounds and textures. Look for metal would; look for leading lines; look for interesting textures. North End is one of my go-to places where I bring my clients for headshot branding photography sessions.
So if you’re looking to hire a photographer or do it yourself, check out the North End.
#2 Freak Alley
Another location I recommend is Freak Alley, with so much fun texture and repeating patterns; you can incorporate many fun things regardless of the content you’re shooting. You can use different backgrounds depending on the vibe you’re going for.
You can find a mural that fits that vibe and do far-away shots; you can flow bursts –there’s much to do with a headshot, and I recommend having this as one of your locations for your headshot branding photography session.
#3 JUMP Boise
If you’re looking for a clean, modern vibe, this is JUMP here in downtown Boise. If you can see it behind me, we have all kinds of fun textures patterned. There are wood walls, metal walls, all sorts of lines and wood backgrounds, greenery, color pop, and all kinds of stuff. You could photograph this ten times and not even look like you’re in the same position.
So if you’re looking for a fun place to do a headshot or branding session and avoid the area, I recommend checking out JUMP.
