It’s Peonies season at Trader Joes! This outrageously beautiful bloom is worth the trek to the store. They last forever and bring such joy to my kitchen.

The Peonies scented candle from TJs is right up there with the fresh cut flowers. I’m loving this candle right now and have learned during our months at home that you can get so much daily joy from fresh flowers + candles. Fill your house with some joy this weekend!

Jen Hatmaker’s For The Love Podcast is doing a summer Enneagram series. I can’t wait to learn more about the different numbers and the motivations of each type! If you have not checked out the Enneagram I HIGHLY recommend it as it has been a game changer for sure.

The book Friendships Don’t just Happen by Shasta Nelson. I have had this book on my shelves for several years and finally found the time to read it. Her insight into creating a meaningful circle of girlfriends is spot on. She talks about how friendships don’t just happen. They take time, work and consistency. During this time of social distancing, this book offers a great opportunity to take a look at the friends in your life and how you can make certain relationships stronger.
Have a great holiday weekend and don’t forget to CELEBRATE summer and plan some type of opening ceremonies to summer. We need to mark the end of one crazy season and the beginning of hopefully a better one.
