3 Ideas to use Personal Branding Photography to Connect with Your Clients During Covid-19

Today I am sharing some big wins with a few of my personal branding clients!  These are examples of how they are using their personal branding photography to connect with their clients + sphere of influence on social media.

In this crazy season of life where where are all stuck at home, many businesses are scrambling to take their services virtual.  The world is rapidly realizing how important it is to build an online audience.  These savvy clients are ahead of the game.  My hope is that by sharing their real life examples of how they are using their images to continue to produce content, connect with their clients and move their business forward, that it will help you do the same.

Here are three ways to use your personal brand images on your social media/website/blog during the coming weeks of the Covid-19 quarantine.  Yesterday, President Trump just announced a 30 day extension of the social distancing requirements so there is no time like the present to start connecting and building your online community. You got this!!

1. Encourage: Use your images to post motivational quotes.  

Blow is an example from Holly.  Holly has an image from her branding session last fall.  She used an online service such as Canva to add some text over her image and make it a very personal way to connect with her audience and share a little but of encouragement to the world.  The combination of the personal image and the quote is so much more powerful than posting a quote on a random background.

2. Position: Teach your audience something new.  Establish you as an expert in your field.

Use this time to talk about how your are working through this time personally, things you are doing in your business, and skills you are learning.  What are you doing while you have time to work on your business and not just in your business.  Use these images to connect with your audience and position your self as an expert in your field.  

Example 1: Courtney is a life coach and she is taking her audience about self care and what they need to do during these stressful times. 

Example 2: Amber is a Real Estate coach and she is using her images to teach her clients about the importance of having virtual services in the Real Estate industry.  She is reaching out to her audience addressing a real fear that they have right now and how they can overcome it. 

3. Invite:  Invite your clients into your life. 

This is a great time to show your human side and all of the things that are unique to you and your voice.  You can talk about your family, your faith, your hobbies, your dreams and your struggles.  This allows your audience to connect with you on a deeply personal level.  People do business the professionals that they know, like and trust.  Inviting them into your life will help them take another step towards working with you.

I hope this give you some ideas on how to keep reaching out, encouraging your sphere of influence and using your platform for good.  Whether it is 20 clients in a Facebook group or your 10,000 followers, we all have a voice and there are people who are listening!  Go out and live your life well + matter to others.
