Children are my favorite to photograph especially when they are in their element. This cheer portraits session was no exception. I love lifestyle sessions when we are engaging in something a child is passionate about. It was so refreshing to get into Maddison’s 4th grade world and hear all about the things she loves. We chatted about cheer, school, vacations, friends and having an older brother. She’s the same age as my boys so it is so fun to see the world of a 4th grader from a female perspective.
She was a trooper too because we were battling 25-30 mph winds during the entire session. Texas spring weather is just insane sometime. I love how these cheer portraits capture her true personality and show her beauty both inside and out. Thank you Maddison and her mom for such a fun evening in downtown Prosper.
